• Enhancing construction workflows regarding workforce, materials, and equipment
• Organizing and managing operational tasks in partnership with project leaders and various departments
• Overseeing and mentoring team members and trainees

• Training in electrical installation or a comparable qualification, with potential additional certification as an electrical technician

• Understanding of business fundamentals and relevant regulations
• Competence in MS Office applications
• Proficiency in English for international assignments is a plus
