Electrical Project Manager m/f/d

Position Overview:

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate construction sites focused on general electrical tasks, including medium and low voltage switchgear, as well as instrumentation and control systems for various projects within power plants and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead projects from initial planning stages through to completion, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently, economically, and within the designated timelines.
  • Team Coordination: Organize and manage teams, including electricians and temporary staff, while overseeing the use of equipment and materials on-site. This includes managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to both internal and external regulations, particularly in quality management, to successfully meet project objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for clients, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle, driving improvements and optimizations.
Qualifications:
  • Completed electrical technical training (e.g., Electrician) or equivalent Master/Technician certifications.
  • Prior experience in a construction management role is preferred, or a strong desire to develop into this position.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as needed for emergency repairs.
  • Exhibit a self-motivated work ethic, strong negotiation skills, and a collaborative spirit to achieve project goals.
