About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Cyber Risk Engineering team at HDI AG. As the Head of Cyber Risk Engineering and Security, you will be responsible for driving our risk engineering strategy and ensuring the highest level of security for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Cyber Risk Engineering team in the development and implementation of risk engineering strategies and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate cyber risks.
  • Design and implement security controls and procedures to protect against cyber threats.
  • Develop and maintain risk engineering policies and procedures.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on cyber risk management to clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cyber risk engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk engineering strategies.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
