Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee all activities within the Product Support Work Stream to ensure comprehensive support for the product, prioritize tasks, and focus on value-added initiatives.
- Act as the Operations representative in Brand Teams, ensuring alignment between the Brand Team's strategy and the Product Support Work Stream.
- Identify and coordinate initiatives aimed at enhancing the gross margin of products.
- Maintain close collaboration with Manufacturing Operations to ensure seamless processes and provide guidance for continuous improvement.
- Report to governance bodies and escalate issues as necessary.
- Assist in budget planning, including internal resources and external expenditures, while monitoring costs.
- Support the creation of detailed project plans aimed at improving product quality and profitability.
- Propose annual Brand Roadmaps that include strategic objectives.
- Ensure that product knowledge is continuously updated and expanded.
- Manage Technology Transfers related to New Product Introductions.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a scientific or technical discipline, preferably in Life Sciences.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, particularly in manufacturing, development, or technology transfer projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of CMC drug development and familiarity with manufacturing environments and regulations.
- Strong leadership skills to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
- Ability to challenge existing practices to enhance competitiveness and foster innovation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders.
- Key competencies include empowering teams, accountability, and customer focus.
