StellenbeschreibungWir suchen eine:n Payroll Administration Specialist (gn) in unbefristeter Vollzeitbeschäftigung (40 Stunden/Woche). In einem dynamischen und internationalen Umfeld bieten wir unseren Mitarbeitenden umfassende Unterstützung und lösungsorientierte Beratung.
Aufgaben- Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung der monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnung der Hertie School.
- Mitwirkung an der Optimierung administrativer Abläufe und Projektaufgaben.
- Koordination mit der Finanzbuchhaltung, der Drittmittelverwaltung und unseren Kompetenzzentren.
Wir erwarten von Ihnen:
- Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht.
- Erfahrung mit Personalsoftware, idealerweise LOGA von P&I.
- Sichere Anwendung der gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C-Niveau) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift.
- Quereinsteiger:innen mit kaufmännischem Hintergrund und Interesse an Lohn- und Gehaltsfragen sind ebenfalls willkommen.
