Job Role: Digital Art Director

Salary: Up to €53k

Location: Hybrid working

Language: C1 level German and English language skills

We are currently recruiting for a Digital Art Director to join our team at Digital Waffle, a design agency with a team of 40 passionate colleagues, working with national and international premium clients. They develop and implement top-notch brand strategies, communication concepts, and products. You'll play a leading role in taking websites and online marketing campaigns from conception all the way through to implementation, ensuring they're not only user-friendly and visually appealing but also high-performing to achieve their clients' specific needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative brand strategies, communication concepts, and products.
  • Lead the design and development of websites and online marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Analyse data and metrics to inform design decisions and optimise online presence.
  • Present ideas and concepts to both teams and clients.

Requirements:

  • A passion for digital media and a strong online presence.
  • A creative, solution-oriented, and bold approach to web design and online campaigns.
  • An independent and structured work style with high commitment, team spirit, and communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe XD.
  • Strong English and German communications skills – C1 level or above.
