We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cytogenetic Laboratory Specialist (w/m/d) to join our team in the field of classical cytogenetics/chromosome analysis.

Your Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain cell cultures from amniotic fluid, chorionic villi, blood, and bone marrow
• Prepare chromosome preparations from cell cultures and native chorionic villi, including banding techniques
• Perform preliminary evaluations of preparations using computer-assisted karyotyping systems
• Arrange karyograms from banded metaphase plates
• Record and document incoming samples and EDV data
• Participate in internal training sessions as part of our quality management system

Your Profile

• Qualification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (w/m/d) or equivalent
• Flexibility, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, customer orientation, and service orientation
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
