Your Responsibilities

• Manage financial records including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
• Oversee the dunning and reminder processes
• Record and process incoming invoices accurately
• Assist in monthly and annual closing procedures
• Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Execute payment runs and manage bank account entries

Your Qualifications

• Completed commercial training, such as office management, industrial management, or tax consultancy
• Additional qualifications as a balance sheet accountant or financial accountant, or a relevant degree in business administration with a focus on finance and accounting is advantageous
• Hands-on experience and familiarity with accounting software and regulatory frameworks
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
