Position Overview:

We are seeking a Facility Manager (m/f/d) to oversee operations in the Erkrath area.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Degree in a relevant technical discipline, such as Facility Management or Electrical Engineering
  • Certification as a Technician or Master in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or Refrigeration Technology
  • Proficient understanding of technical building systems
  • Strong business insight
  • Fluent in German
  • Valid driver's license
  • Competent in MS Office applications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Enhanced commercial knowledge and prior leadership experience
Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing and coordinating maintenance, inspections, repairs, and safety evaluations
  • Serving as the primary liaison for clients
  • Managing external contractors
  • Leading and supervising staff
  • Preparing necessary documentation and reports
  • Handling sales-related tasks and developing proposals
