About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agency Partnership Manager to join our team at Criteo. As a key member of our agency partnerships team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of agencies to drive business growth and revenue expansion for Criteo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agency Partnership Development: Strengthen key agency partnerships by providing solution-focused proposals based on agency and advertiser goals.
  • Client Education: Educate agencies on Criteo's technology across channels and devices.
  • Account Optimization: Optimize accounts to improve performance for the advertiser and identify growth opportunities to maximize revenue and margin.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze a wide range of performance metrics and KPIs to identify personalized solutions on a client level and ensure client goals are reached.
  • Business Development: Prioritize the book of business to focus on the most impactful opportunities and negotiate additional budgets along with upselling new products.
  • Reporting and Communication: Create personalized decks and presentations to drive quarterly meetings and provide data-driven internal reporting.
  • Strategic Planning: Help Criteo build and execute its agency strategy, including working with agencies to join Criteo's Certified Partner Program and other key agency initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Performance Marketing Expertise: Solid knowledge and experience in performance marketing.
  • Agency Experience: Experience working with or within agencies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Proven experience in managing and growing client relationships in a fast-paced, innovative, and revenue-driven environment.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Self-driven and highly motivated to provide outstanding service and optimal performance of campaigns for all clients.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: A proven track record of analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Native level of German, English business proficient.
