Your Key Responsibilities as a Client Services Manager:
- Enhance service sales in the DACH region for both new and existing clientele
- Meet order intake objectives in both new and service sales
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Facilitate the transition from capital sales to service sales for assigned accounts
- Promote service offerings such as maintenance packages, spare parts, and wear parts through upselling or cross-selling
- Drive business growth by advocating for long-term service agreements and digital solutions
- Identify and relay customer needs to improve the service product range
- Assist back-office operations by identifying gaps, providing feedback, aligning activities, and maintaining communication with the account
Your Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Completed technical training with additional qualifications as a Mechanical Technician
- Professional experience in technical sales of service products
- Knowledge of machinery and service products in relevant sectors such as animal and aqua feed, and pet food production
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to implement strategies effectively
- Strong sense of responsibility, decision-making skills, teamwork orientation, independence, organizational abilities, and capacity to perform under pressure
- Advanced communication skills, technical and analytical capabilities, structured work approach, and attention to detail
- Dependable with a practical and proactive work ethic
- Fluency in English and German (mandatory), proficiency in additional languages (desirable)
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of working time based on business requirements
