Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Automotive-Qualitätsmanager für unsere Abteilung Innenausstattung. Als Spezialist für Cockpit und Mittelkonsole werden Sie sich auf die Entwicklung und Qualitätskontrolle von Fahrzeugkomponenten spezialisieren.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Betreuen Sie Bauteile aus dem Bereich Innenausstattung, wie Instrumententafeln, Mittelkonsolen und Kunststoffkomponenten
  • Sind Sie die kompetente Ansprechperson für Entwicklung, Einkauf und Logistik in Fragen zur Qualitätsfähigkeit der Fahrzeugkomponenten und Herstellprozesse bei Lieferanten
  • Gestalten Sie Konzepte mit, die auf effiziente Zielerreichung, Herstellbarkeit und Verbaubarkeit der Komponenten im Fahrzeug abzielen
  • Tragen Sie die Verantwortung für die Lieferfreigabe der von Ihnen betreuten Teile und Komponenten
  • Durch die Ermittlung der Kernursachen setzen Sie nachhaltige Problemlösungen beim Lieferanten durch
  • Vertreten Sie die BMW-Interessen auf Augenhöhe mit der Geschäftsleitung der Lieferanten und internen Prozesspartnern und stellen sicher, dass die Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden
Anforderungen
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Kunststofftechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, vorzugsweise im Bereich Innenausstattung, wie z.B. Instrumententafeln, Mittelkonsolen und Kunststoffkomponenten oder generell im Automotive Sektor
  • Stark ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, die es Ihnen ermöglichen, die Kernursachen von Problemen zu identifizieren und nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Kommunikationsstark und in der Lage, auf Augenhöhe mit Lieferanten und internen Partnern zu agieren, um die BMW-Interessen durchzusetzen
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Dienstreisen, um vor Ort die Qualität sicherzustellen
