Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Corporate Legal & Compliance Manager, der unsere Gruppe bei der Einhaltung von weltweiten Standards und der Verantwortung unterstützt, dass die Gruppe im Rahmen des geltenden Rechts agiert und rechtliche Risiken minimiert werden.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Rechtsberatung zu deutschen Rechtsangelegenheiten und Koordination von Rechtsberatungsdienstleistern
  • Sicherstellung der Compliance der WITTENSTEIN gruppe
  • Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung des Compliance Managementsystems
  • Prüfung, Gestaltung und Verhandlung von Verträgen mit Kunden, Lieferanten und anderen Parteien
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Corporate Function Legal & Compliance
  • Entwicklung bzw. Weiterentwicklung von Richtlinien (Konzept, Implementierung, roll-out, Schulung)
  • Um die notwendige Sensibilität für das Erkennen von rechtlichen Risiken im Unternehmen zu schärfen, ist die Konzeption und Durchführung von adäquaten Schulungsmaßnahmen erforderlich
  • Treiben der Optimierung, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung rechtlicher Prozesse
Voraussetzungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften
  • Mehrjährige relevante Erfahrung in einem internationalen Industrieunternehmen und / oder einer vergleichbaren Compliance- oder Rechtsberatungsposition
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in einem Rechtsgebiet des allgemeinen Zivilrechts, insbesondere des Handelsrechts, des Gesellschaftsrechts oder des Arbeitsrechts. Grundkenntnisse ausländischer Rechtssysteme sind wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) ist von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Vertragsmanagement und im Compliance-Management
  • Selbstständige, unternehmerisch denkende, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bei der Lösung rechtlicher Herausforderungen behalten Sie auch stets die unternehmerischen Ziele im Blick
  • Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte zu analysieren, Risiken zu bewerten und fundierte Entscheidungen treffen zu können
  • Hohes Engagement, Belastbarkeit, hands-on Mentalität
  • Impulsgeber und Teamplayer mit der Bereitschaft auch operativ mit in die Themen einzusteigen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft
  • Digitale Führungs- und Medienkompetenz
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
