We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pedagogical Specialist to join our team at Pilgrim Personal GmbH. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in supporting the holistic development of children and providing them with loving care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pedagogical work with children, with a focus on childcare, promotion, education, and training. You will be responsible for participating in the planning, implementation, and reflection of pedagogical work, as well as ensuring the daily routine and continuous observation of children's educational processes.

As a Pedagogical Specialist, you will have the opportunity to shape a diverse and appreciative environment for each child, working closely with parents and other team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young clients.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Completed training as a state-recognized educator or special education nurse
  • Completed study as a therapeutic educator, childhood educator, social worker, or social pedagogue
  • Sound knowledge in the field of pedagogical work with children
  • Secure knowledge in planning and implementation of promotional measures
  • Initiative, independent work
  • Pedagogical skill and empathy with children aged 0 years to school entry
  • Openness and teamwork
  • Communicative and social skills
  • Empathetic appearance
