We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Manager, IT Operations (EMEA) to oversee our organization's IT operations and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise the IT team, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems, networks, and infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement technological solutions and upgrades to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, addressing IT-related issues and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to understand business requirements and align IT initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact and relevance to the organization's IT strategy.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee service level agreements to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services and support.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and mitigate risks to the organization's IT infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with security standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of successfully managing IT operations and infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure, with expertise in implementing and maintaining complex IT environments.
  • Proficiency in IT project management methodologies, with experience in leading and executing IT projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and hands-on approach to addressing IT-related issues and challenges.
