Become a key player as a Senior SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant

Are you driven by the challenge of digital transformation and SAP-centric solutions? Join our team and assist our clients in enhancing their operations with SAP S/4HANA, guiding them from needs assessment through to deployment and user training. Contribute to the evolution of our clients' businesses.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Advising clients on refining their After-Sales operations utilizing SAP S/4HANA Service solutions and overseeing their design and implementation
  • Tailoring and configuring SAP S/4HANA Service to meet specific client needs
  • Transitioning traditional CRM functionalities into advanced SAP S/4HANA Service workflows
  • Facilitating training sessions and workshops for end-users and project teams
  • Engaging closely with both internal and external partners to guarantee effective project delivery

Qualifications:

To thrive as a Senior SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree coupled with a minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, particularly in process consulting or technical SAP S/4HANA projects related to After Sales
  • A strong interest in sales or service processes and their optimization and modeling
  • Proficiency in deploying SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA Service, SAP SD, SAP CS, or SAP CRM
  • A work approach characterized by acting as a Trusted Advisor to clients and colleagues, complemented by robust analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
