Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Rostock, Germany. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hybrid Microsoft Exchange environment and maintaining and developing our IT infrastructure and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Infrastructure Management
    • Administer Linux servers and/or web servers with LAMP stack
    • Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems
  • Error Analysis and Troubleshooting
    • Analyze and resolve technical issues with our IT systems
    • Develop strategies for service improvement and optimization
  • Service Delivery
    • Provide excellent customer service to our internal teams and external customers
    • Collaborate with our development team to ensure seamless integration of new services
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise
    • Good knowledge of Exchange, Active Directory, and security concepts
    • Experience with Microsoft PowerShell and scripting
  • Soft Skills
    • Independent and structured way of working
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Language Skills
    • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
