Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Specialist (m/f/d) to enhance our Logistics team and facilitate the comprehensive management of global goods transportation, ensuring timely deliveries that align with customer expectations.

Your primary responsibilities will involve optimizing and refining operational strategies and procedures that are both cost-effective and conducive to the automation of business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead an operations/logistics division for a rapidly expanding global startup.
  • Oversee the complete execution of global goods transportation, ensuring timely deliveries that meet customer demands.
  • Forge and nurture relationships with business partners, establishing robust long-term collaborations that enhance our operations.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business model to implement operational strategies and processes that are both efficient and capable of automation.
  • Integrate internal logistics and operations with technology to streamline and digitize processes.
  • Design business models for warehousing and storage solutions.
Candidate Profile
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Relevant vocational training in logistics is also considered valuable.
  • Proven experience in Operations/Logistics/Supply Chain Management with a B2B focus, particularly in process design and development.
  • Capability to manage multiple global projects concurrently.
  • Creative problem-solving skills that enable quick and effective resolution of challenges.
  • Enthusiastic and innovative mindset with a focus on generating new ideas and solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.

Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlin office. Eligibility to work within the EU is a prerequisite.
