Key Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the development of sourcing strategies within logistics
• Establish necessary logistical frameworks, assess logistics costs, and evaluate suppliers based on their logistical capabilities
• Monitor material, value, and information flows throughout the entire supply chain
• Represent interconnected production areas, including material buffers and control logics
• Enhance value streams by identifying weaknesses and proposing alternative processes
• Develop and maintain a logistical quantity structure aligned with parts requirements
• Prepare essential planning documents and coordinate packaging and material flow concepts
• Serve as a liaison to suppliers regarding developed packaging and material flow strategies
• Participate in core teams and steering committees as an interface in various projects
• Facilitate the logistical onboarding of new suppliers and locations, ensuring supply security through process evaluations

Your Profile

• Degree in business administration or industrial engineering with a focus on logistics or equivalent experience
• Significant professional experience in the automotive sector
• Familiarity with value stream mapping and its practical application
• Experience in material management and supplier collaboration
• Proficient in logistics chain planning
• Fluent in both German and English
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent working style
