Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly experienced SEO specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive our online presence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive SEO strategy, creating high-quality content, and analyzing performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Channel Owner: You will be responsible for managing our SEO channel and developing a content strategy that positions us as a thought leader in the energy efficiency space.
- Research & Strategy: You will conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop a robust SEO strategy that drives organic traffic.
- Content Creation: You will create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience and supports our SEO goals.
- On-Page Optimization: You will optimize our website for search engines, ensuring that our content is easily discoverable and drives conversions.
- Link Building: You will develop strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and build natural, relevant links to our website.
- Monitoring & Reporting: You will track and analyze SEO metrics and KPIs, using data to inform decisions and optimize our strategy.
- Proven experience as an SEO specialist, with a deep understanding of algorithms, ranking factors, and industry trends.
- Expertise in SEO tools and technologies, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment, with a track record of driving growth and innovation.
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent writing and communication skills.
