Your Responsibilities:
- Overseeing procurement activities from initial inquiry through to delivery, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and timing standards
- Maintaining essential data in ERP SAP, with an emphasis on pricing, delivery schedules, and lead times
- Leading and coordinating procurement projects from inception to assessment
- Documenting project developments and outcomes for clarity and accountability
- Preparing presentations and documentation to facilitate informed decision-making
- Implementing proactive risk management strategies to foresee and mitigate potential disruptions in processes and supply chains
- Collaborating effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and business partners to ensure successful project execution
