Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project deliverables while guiding the project team and integrating team members into the project framework.
  • Manage projects from both a technical and content perspective, ensuring adherence to FDTech processes.
  • Assess and monitor project-specific technical competencies of team members, providing necessary training.
  • Encourage the team to independently identify and resolve issues, offering support as needed.
  • Establish ambitious targets for both personal and team performance, utilizing relevant metrics to surpass expectations.
  • Evaluate the financial viability of projects and implement strategies to enhance profitability, leveraging creative approaches to optimize project finances.
  • Act as a reliable liaison to clients, overseeing billing, service delivery, and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution throughout project planning, execution, and completion, delegating tasks to appropriate team members.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape, FDTech's offerings, and emerging market trends to identify opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Native German speaker with C1 proficiency
  • Fluent in business English
  • Completed degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, etc.) – minimum Bachelor’s level
  • Project Management certifications and extensive experience in project management
  • Experience in software project management
  • Background in the automotive industry is essential
  • Familiarity with ADAS/AD technologies

  • Proven project management expertise with substantial experience
  • Led projects for a minimum of two years
  • Managed projects throughout their entire lifecycle
  • Professional engagement with clients and external stakeholders
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities
  • Highly organized and solution-focused
