The Team:

You will be part of our Strategic Production / Manufacturing Account Team, focusing on major Automotive and Manufacturing corporations in Germany and Austria.

The Role:

Utilizing a consultative sales methodology, you will establish and nurture relationships to foster long-term customer loyalty. You will hold global responsibility for generating new business prospects with a leading Automotive OEM. The Automotive sector is one of our strongest verticals, supported by references and case studies from prominent international brands. You will work collaboratively across functions to comprehend the account's requirements and manage the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee one global OEM, focusing on both new business and, where applicable, existing customer growth through a land-and-expand strategy.
  • Engage with stakeholders across various business lines at the C-level and below.
  • Present the full suite of Celonis solutions, emphasizing our sales strategies for Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Maintain an individual revenue target for securing six to seven-figure contracts within your accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with partners, including consulting firms and SaaS providers.
  • Navigate complex sales processes by coordinating virtual teams comprising business development representatives, marketing managers, partner managers, sales engineers, customer success managers, and implementation partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in selling enterprise software at the C-level (CFO, CPO, COO) within a new business-focused sales role.
  • Alternatively, 10+ years in management or business process consulting, with a track record of managing senior stakeholders and securing new project engagements.
  • Strong business insight with a comprehensive understanding of processes and KPIs in Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders in the line of business.
  • Solid grasp of the Automotive industry landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving, high-growth environment, approaching challenges with positivity, creativity, and a growth mindset.
  • A collaborative spirit, embracing diversity and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to leverage internal resources and function effectively as part of a team.
