CRM Business Analyst

Position Overview:
EON Technology is looking for a proficient Business Analyst who is fluent in both German and English. This role is crucial for the successful implementation of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service platform. The selected candidate will be tasked with collecting and evaluating business requirements, converting them into functional specifications, and ensuring the effective deployment of the solution. This position necessitates close collaboration with various stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Analysis:
Engage with stakeholders, including business users and management, to collect, document, and assess business requirements.
Conduct workshops and interviews in both German and English to gain insights into current processes and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
2. Solution Development and Documentation:
Convert business requirements into functional specifications for the Dynamics 365 Customer Service solution.
Produce comprehensive documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process flows, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
3. Implementation and Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the solution is developed and configured according to the specifications.
Assist in defining the testing strategy, including the creation of test cases and participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the solution.
4. Change Management and Training:
Support change management initiatives by communicating project updates and modifications to stakeholders.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring they are well-prepared to utilize the new system effectively.
5. Project Coordination:
Work closely with project managers to ensure project timelines and deliverables are achieved.
Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as necessary, ensuring seamless integration and implementation.
6. Post-Implementation Assistance:
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve any challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
Language Proficiency: Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Experience:
Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a CRM implementation context.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service or other CRM systems.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and its customization capabilities.
Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in customer service operations.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Project Management: Experience in managing or supporting complex projects, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
