Reporting Specialist for DC Projects

About the Role

As a Reporting Specialist for DC Projects, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth project execution and communication within our dynamic organization. You will be responsible for implementing agile methodologies, managing reporting processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver clear and concise information.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Implement an agile process model (SCRUM/SAFe) for release management, including conducting Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinements.
  • Approve implemented technical requirements through User Acceptance Tests.
  • Document defined requirements as Features, Epics, or User Stories.
  • Standardize new business needs for reporting and consolidate individual reports within the project organization.
  • Develop report formats and KPIs, plan, implement, and follow up on overall project meetings.
  • Ensure comprehensive reporting for internal committees and external stakeholders.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related technical field with a business focus.
  • Proven experience in project management, with certification in agile (SCRUM) and/or traditional methodologies (e.g., IPMA Level D or higher).
  • Experience working with data and databases; application experience is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • A structured, independent, and responsible work approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
