About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Systems Engineer to join our team at Adecco Personaldienstleistungen GmbH. As a key member of our Aviation department, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced flight control systems for aerospace companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Design and Development: Analyze and define system requirements, develop and maintain system specifications, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Flight Control Systems: Design and develop flight control laws, autoflight modeling, and control law design specifications.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze and assess system problem reports, identify solutions, and implement clearance and design assessments.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with partner companies, such as BAES and Leonardo, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports, procedures, and flight restrictions.
  • Verification and Validation: Generate verification claims and support the verification process.
  • Technical Publication: Contribute to the development of flight manuals and ensure accuracy.
  • Flight Clearance: Support the preparation of flight clearances under flight mechanical aspects.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's or Diploma degree in aerospace engineering.
  • Experience: Strong understanding of aircraft dynamics, flight control systems, autoflight, and requirements engineering.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in C, C++, Python, Matlab, or SCADE.
  • Language Skills: Business fluent English and good German knowledge.
