About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Controller to join our team at Martin Braun-Gruppe. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to our business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business leaders to support the financial planning and analysis needs of our national and international entities.
  • Lead a small team responsible for group-wide financial planning and analysis tasks.
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans and forecasts to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for our subsidiaries.
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with external partners to coordinate financial due diligence and other projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Several years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on group-wide financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business leaders and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
