About the Role
The Project Management Office - Customer Account department at Bosch is responsible for the governance of worldwide sales project management processes within the Vehicle Motion division. Our team enables project excellence and fosters profitability by adding value on a global scale with expertise, reliability, and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Management Office for Customer Accounts and gain insight into Bosch's project management, tools, and processes.
- Focus on three areas: digitalization, project management support, and communication, with flexibility based on individual preferences.
- Drive digitalization using data analysis and tools such as Excel and PowerBI.
- Support client teams with project tracking and visibility, data consistency checks, and reporting.
- Maintain internal social media platforms and communication channels.
- Work with experienced colleagues in a supportive and international environment, developing personally and professionally.
- Be a valuable member of the global team, operating and communicating internationally and cross-functionally.
Requirements
- Education: studies in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, or comparable.
- Experience and Knowledge: competent handling of MS Office, experience in PowerBI and PowerAutomate a plus.
- Personality and Working Practice: team-player, self-motivated, and organized.
- Languages: fluent in English, German a plus.
