Aufgaben

Als Team Lead Accounting wirst du eine wichtige Rolle in unserem Finance Team spielen. Du wirst dich aktiv am Tagesgeschäft in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung beteiligen und alle damit verbundenen Aufgaben übernehmen.

  • Du wirst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von zehn Mitarbeitern übernehmen.
  • Du wirst die Qualität und Quantität der Kreditorenbuchhaltung in DATEV sicherstellen.
  • Du wirst die Überwachung des Anlagevermögens, der Aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzung, der Rückstellungen und der Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldung übernehmen.
  • Du wirst die Optimierung der Bankbuchhaltung, des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie der Kreditkartenabrechnungen durchführen.
  • Du wirst bei Monats-, Quartals- sowie Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS unterstützen.
Qualifikation

Um diese Herausforderung erfolgreich zu meistern, benötigst du:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium.
  • Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen sind von Vorteil.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umsatzsteuerrecht.
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung sowie der Leitung eines Teams.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit einer Buchhaltungssoftware DATEV und idealerweise MS Excel.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Prozessoptimierung der Kreditorenbuchhaltung.
