About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Industrial Sales Professional. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their business objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
