Lead Financial Controller (m/w/d)

In der Rolle des Lead Financial Controllers unterstützen Sie das Management bei der Entscheidungsfindung und tragen dazu bei, die Zukunft der Akustik aktiv mitzugestalten.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Gemeinsam mit dem Management entwickeln Sie die Jahresplanung und deren Umsetzung, während Sie die Entwicklung auf P&L-Ebene durch kontinuierliche Forecasts überwachen.
- Sie erstellen umfassende Analysen und Berichte für das Management, in denen Sie proaktiv Handlungsoptionen und Potenziale aufzeigen.
- In interdisziplinären Teams arbeiten Sie an strategischen Projekten, entwickeln Business Cases und implementieren Systeme zur Erfolgsmessung.
- Sie erstellen prägnante Präsentationen mit hochwertiger Visualisierung, die als Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Geschäftsführung dienen.
- Zusammen mit Ihrem Team sind Sie verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Analyse von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen und fungieren als Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer.
- Sie entwickeln kontinuierlich Controlling-Instrumente und -Prozesse weiter.
Ihr Profil:
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt auf Finanzen und Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen fundierte Erfahrung im Controlling mit und sind mit den Rechnungslegungsstandards HGB und IFRS vertraut.
- Sie zeichnen sich durch hohe Organisationsfähigkeit und starke analytische Kompetenzen aus und können komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darstellen.
- Sie haben sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere in Excel und PowerPoint.
- Sie besitzen solide Kenntnisse in einem ERP-System, idealerweise in MSDynamics365.
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift.
