About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Expert Manager to join our team at Ratiodata SE. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the effective management of SAP projects and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate complex activities between manufacturers, service providers, and internal IT units
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, including documentation for manufacturers and service providers
  • Participate in projects with service-related focus and create reports and evaluations
  • Define processes, interfaces, and responsibilities to ensure end-to-end service delivery
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of services, considering strategic guidelines
  • Guarantee that outsourced services are delivered in accordance with agreed quality and cost standards, including regular service reviews
Requirements
  • Completed studies or equivalent education with several years of professional experience
  • Experience in managing an external service provider and working with agile project methods
  • Ability to analyze and understand complex technical relationships
  • Knowledge of S4/HANA is an asset
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills, combined with strong communication skills to coordinate with departments and service providers
  • High level of commitment, resilience, self-initiative, flexibility, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
