  • Content Strategy: Conceptualize and implement content strategies for different formats such as Google/Facebook Ads, landing pages, and webinars.
  • Collaboration: Actively engage with the product, design, social, and video production teams as part of the online marketing team.
  • Brand Voice: Help shape our brand voice and success by effectively communicating with our target audience in an authentic tone.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in content strategy and digital marketing
  • Proven track record of high-converting campaigns
  • Experience with email marketing, landing pages, webinars, and Google/Facebook Ads
  • Ability to adapt content to different target groups and digital formats
  • Works with KPIs to analyze and improve content effectiveness
  • Uses proven principles of content strategy and sales psychology
  • Independent and manages multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in German
