Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the timely delivery of customer orders.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently handle incoming goods, verifying quantities and condition.
  • Meticulously check deliveries for accuracy against purchase orders.
  • Process returns promptly and ensure accurate refunds are issued to customers.
  • Assist with order picking in the warehouse, utilizing our inventory management system.
  • Contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Securely package items for delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Occasional Saturday shifts with an early finish time may be required.
Your Profile:
  • Prior experience in logistics and warehouse operations is preferred but not essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently are crucial.
  • Experience handling returns and customer complaints is a plus.
  • Proficiency with technology and computer systems is essential.
  • A forklift license is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent German language skills are required.
