Trainee in Measurement Technology

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Measurement Technician (m/f/d) to join our team at thermondo, where you will play a vital role in advancing climate neutrality. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits to gather essential information (room measurements, 2D and 3D imagery, etc.) necessary for the installation of heat pumps.
• Perform radiator assessments for clients on-site and assist in the preliminary planning stages of our construction initiatives.
• Oversee data management and ensure accurate heat load calculations at customer locations.
• Track project advancements and order statuses using our proprietary software tools.
• Engage proactively in customer referral management to help expand our client base (B2C).

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in trades, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong communication abilities, a confident and persuasive presence, and proficiency in German at a minimum C1 level.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, along with a solid technical understanding and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel and a genuine enjoyment of working with B2C clients.
• Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with Salesforce and the MS Office Suite.
