Job Summary:
CARE Deutschland e.V. is seeking a highly motivated ERP Specialist to support the optimal representation of business processes in the ERP system and continuously improve it. As a key player in this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the current usage of the ERP system and develop improvement proposals, actively supporting their implementation
- Provide consultation and close collaboration with departments to develop approaches for optimal representation of business processes in the ERP system
- Coordinate the strategic development of the ERP system
- Align with responsible individuals at partner organizations and our shared service center
- Identify and manage suitable service providers
- Plan and organize training for end-users in close collaboration with key users from departments
- Contribute to the creation of reports and database queries
Requirements:
- Completed studies in business informatics, engineering, or a related field, or a relevant vocational training with several years of professional experience
- At least two years of experience in implementing ERP projects; experience with Oracle PeopleSoft would be an advantage
- Excellent German and English language skills (C1 level)
- Systematic and solution-oriented working style with strong communication skills
- Initiative and ability to orient towards user needs
- Pleasure in working in a team
