Senior Account Executive ESG Data Specialist for Real Estate

Deepki, a leading company in ESG data for real estate, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and managing new sales opportunities across current and prospective clients in the DACH market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and close
- Meet and exceed sales targets, converting qualified leads into revenue-generating opportunities
- Develop and deliver customer-facing presentations and lead demonstrations
- Prepare and manage pricing proposals and contract deliverables
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales-related roles in B2B SaaS companies, with a strong track record of KPI-driven behavior and CRM system usage
- Customer-centric approach, with excellent stakeholder relationship-building skills
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, learn from failures, and find innovative solutions
- Hunter- and Farmer-DNA, with a proven track record of building, managing, and converting large pipelines
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German and English, with additional languages a plus
- Based in a major German city, with willingness to travel for client meetings
