Restaurant Operations Manager

Wen Cheng Noodles is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing operational tasks, and maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial performance.
- Train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure optimal coverage and compliance with company policies.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting teamwork and professional development of employees.
- Implement and enforce operational standards and procedures to ensure consistent high quality and efficiency in service.
- Monitor and analyze sales figures, turnover, and expenditure, and take proactive measures to optimize profitability and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations through regular inspections and prompt rectification of defects.
- Interact with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and handle and resolve concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
- Catering experience, preferably with staff responsibility, is an asset.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and kitchen management.
- Excellent customer service skills, focusing on providing a memorable dining experience.
- Good time management with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
