Your Role

As a Warehouse Operative - Shipping & Receiving, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for various tasks, including:

• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment by cleaning transportation containers, tools, machines, and warehouse facilities.
• Adhering to strict FIFO (First In, First Out) principles to ensure product freshness and quality.
• Complying with all safety and fire regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
• Reporting any deviations or issues promptly to ensure efficient operations.
• Performing preparatory activities in various areas of the warehouse, contributing to overall workflow efficiency.
• Potentially assisting in other departments or production areas as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Handling internal material transports with care and precision, ensuring accurate movement of goods within the facility.
• Taking responsibility for provided work equipment, maintaining it in good condition for optimal performance.

Your Profile

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Ideally, prior experience in the food industry (e.g., food technologist, chef, butcher, baker) would be advantageous.
• A proven track record of independent work and technical understanding.
• A commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Excellent teamwork skills, reliability, attention to detail, and a strong focus on quality.
• Proficiency in written and spoken German.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early and late shifts.
