Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the store is clean and organized, and that all products are properly stocked and displayed.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, and handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, and make recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
