Head of Customized Solutions

Wir suchen eine starke Führungspersönlichkeit, die die strategische Weiterentwicklung der komplexen Solution-Landschaft unseres Unternehmens unterstützt.

In dieser Rolle tragen Sie die inhaltliche Verantwortung für die kundenspezifischen Lösungen einer Business Unit und berichten direkt an den Managing Director der Geschäftseinheit. Sie stellen die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Kundenprojekte auf Basis der Standardprodukte sowie den effizienten und nachhaltigen Ressourceneinsatz sicher.

Als wichtige:r Ansprechpartner:in für das Senior Management auf Kundenseite sind Sie Teil der erweiterten Geschäftsleitung der Geschäftseinheit. Durch Ihre systematische Vorgehensweise prägen Sie die Arbeitsweise Ihres hoch motivierten Teams, das aus insgesamt 30 Product Ownern und Release Managern besteht.

Qualifikationen:

  • Integrität, fachliche Kompetenz und ein Selbstverständnis als Impulsgeber:in sind Schlüsselfaktoren, um in dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe erfolgreich zu sein.
  • Auf Basis eines Studiums der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung haben Sie fundiertes Know-how in den Bereichen Software Delivery, kundenspezifische Lösungen und Systemgeschäft gesammelt.
  • Ihre ergebnisorientierte Herangehensweise und Ihre Freude an der Gestaltung von Prozessen sowie deren Umsetzung zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Neben belastbarer Führungserfahrung sind Kenntnisse in Agile-/DevOps-Konzepten und in modernen Software-Entwicklungsmethoden und -Architekturen zwingend erforderlich.
  • In besonderem Maße sind Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke sowie Führungs- und Teamplayerqualitäten ausschlaggebend.
