About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful digital strategies across various channels and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Asset Creation: Design visually compelling digital assets for social media platforms, including graphics and videos.
- Video Editing: Edit and produce high-quality videos for various digital platforms, ensuring they align with our brand's voice and aesthetic.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and digital marketing strategies to create relevant and innovative content.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and deliver designs that meet project objectives.
- Optimize Designs and Videos: Ensure designs and videos are optimized for performance, including file size and load times, without compromising quality.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Feedback Implementation: Receive and implement constructive feedback from team members and clients to refine and improve design work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital design and video editing.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong video editing skills, including motion graphics and animation.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific design requirements.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
