The Global Monetisation TeamWe're responsible for maximising long-term value creation for eBay across buyers, sellers, and partners. As a Monetisation Manager, you'll work on complex business strategies, driving financial performance and defining relationships with customers and partners.
Your Key Responsibilities- Design and implement A/B tests to inform and validate modelling, sharing insights with country teams to drive commercial decision-making.
- Provide business insights using data to improve pricing campaign performance and analyse the competitive landscape.
- Derive customer insights from data, translate them into commercial lever improvements, and grow spend at a positive ROI.
- Create, improve, and automate reporting, standardising execution of eBay Promotions from forecasting to performance measurement.
- Partner with country teams and analytical teams to translate business questions into structured analyses and support continental Europe business transformation.
- Manage stakeholders and execute projects, liaising with relevant leads on key data insights to drive decisions and support pricing changes.
We're seeking a versatile candidate with experience in revenue management and pricing, preferably in a marketplace or retail environment. You'll demonstrate analytical thinking skills, ability to merge qualitative and strategic perspectives with analytics, and manage delivery in a fast-changing, multi-national cross-functional business.
