Deine Aufgaben
- Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) bist du aktiv in die täglichen Abläufe unserer Standorte integriert. Du übernimmst verschiedene operative Tätigkeiten und unterstützt die Bereiche Bauprojektmanagement, technisches Facility Management sowie kaufmännisches Objektmanagement.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Pflege unseres CAFM-Systems und der App zur Arbeitsplatzbuchung und hilfst bei der Steuerung und Überwachung unserer Dienstleister.
- Zudem unterstützt du uns bei der Erfassung von Energieverbrauchsdaten und Stammdaten sowie bei der Erstellung der Ökobilanz.
- Nach einer umfassenden Einarbeitung ist auch mobiles Arbeiten möglich.
- Du kannst dich auf eine steile Lernkurve und eine attraktive Vergütung bei einer Mindestarbeitszeit von 15 Stunden pro Woche freuen.

Dein Profil
- Du befindest dich im Studium der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung, des Facility Managements oder der Betriebswirtschaftslehre.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen in der zeichnerischen Projektarbeit mit CAD gesammelt.
- Du bist in der Lage, Anforderungen zu erfassen, Lösungsansätze strukturiert und analytisch zu bewerten und optimale Vorgehensweisen abzuleiten.
- Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) ist für dich selbstverständlich.
- Du zeichnest dich durch Eigeninitiative, Sorgfalt und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise aus.
