BTC Electronic Components stands as a leading provider of electronic interconnect solutions for military and aerospace sectors on both domestic and international fronts.

The Strategic Partnerships Manager plays a crucial role in expanding and diversifying the business portfolio to ensure sustainable revenue growth and organizational advancement. This position requires a proactive individual who is ready to innovate and possesses a comprehensive understanding of the electronic components landscape. The role will be primarily based in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

Secures new business agreements by aligning requirements, crafting and negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless integration with operational processes. Safeguards the organization’s interests by maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Elevates the company’s standing by taking ownership of unique and diverse project requests. Strategizes and manages new marketing initiatives. Enhances the value of existing clients while successfully attracting new clientele. Identifies and cultivates new market opportunities to boost sales performance. Participates in industry conferences, meetings, and events. Prepares and presents quotes and proposals tailored to client needs. Mentors team members and facilitates skill development. Drives demand creation by leveraging industry expertise to pinpoint critical markets and prospective customers within the designated sales territory. Advocates for and sells the Value Add, Supply Chain, and Full Life Cycle services provided by BTC. Formulates a sales strategy and nurtures essential internal and external relationships to lay a strong foundation for solution-oriented selling. Builds and maintains relationships with clients to secure design opportunities and address existing business challenges. Ensures customer satisfaction in relation to supply chain management and additional value-added services. Develops strategic plans for all assigned accounts, marketing the complete range of BTC offerings while incorporating in-depth knowledge of key supplier lines.

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, alongside 3-5 years of relevant field sales experience. Background in sales, marketing, or a related discipline. Experience engaging with vendors and clients in a technical and engineering context. Proven ability to prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and present strategic growth plans to enhance sales and customer service. Proficiency in sales tracking systems, including Oracle. Strong communication abilities and IT proficiency. Capable of managing complex projects and multitasking effectively. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to thrive with minimal supervision, demonstrate initiative, and navigate uncertainty. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience in the Mil/Aero sector is essential. Current or recent knowledge of the assigned market and its dynamics. Experience in selling value-added, supply chain, and full life cycle services. Proven track record in developing effective sales strategies. Ability to articulate and execute complex strategies. In-depth understanding of pricing structures and models within the electronics sector.
