Your Role as a Culinary Specialist

As a Culinary Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating delicious and visually appealing dishes for sale at our Bistro. Your culinary expertise will be instrumental in crafting both standard menu items and innovative convenience products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Creation & Preparation: Design and prepare a variety of enticing dishes, ensuring they meet our high standards for taste and presentation. Develop creative convenience products to cater to customer preferences.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service during the sales process.
  • Kitchen Operations: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all hygiene regulations and internal quality standards. Efficiently handle tasks such as vegetable preparation and cleaning.

Your Qualifications:

  • Culinary Background: Possess a certification as a Cook or Assistant Cook, demonstrating your culinary skills and knowledge.
  • Transferable Skills: While formal training is preferred, relevant work experience in a similar role may be considered.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate a genuine passion for customer satisfaction and enjoy interacting with customers.
  • Dedication & Skills: Exhibit creativity, organizational skills, dedication, and manual dexterity. Familiarity with HACCP principles is an asset.
