Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Consultant to join our team at time:matters GmbH. As a Legal Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert legal advice and guidance on labor law matters
  • Evaluating and updating existing company policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Developing and implementing new policies and procedures to support business growth and development
  • Supporting in negotiations, company transitions, and reorganizations to ensure smooth operations
  • Contributing to the creation of overarching concepts and strategies to drive business success
  • Managing small projects and special assignments to drive business results

Requirements:

  • Completed first legal examination and relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in MS-Office programs and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong communication and diplomatic skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders
  • High commitment and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  • Independent and structured work approach to deliver results
  • Excellent German and English language skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
