In the role of Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to facilitate the efficient functioning of the store. Your primary duties will encompass:
- Preparing the store for customer transactions and overseeing daily operations during the Store Manager's absence.
- Partnering with the Store Manager to establish a robust leadership framework.
- Engaging in regular communication with the Store Manager regarding essential matters and assigning responsibilities to team members.
- Upholding organization within the store and providing assistance to customers with their inquiries and concerns.
- Tracking key performance metrics and coordinating sales and inventory management alongside the Store Manager.
