This role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and execution of highly intricate projects and programs (determined by budget, timeline, urgency, and stakeholder), delivering IT solutions that align with business needs, while leading project/program teams (both internal and external) and ensuring control over progress, quality, and budget to achieve the desired business outcomes.
Your responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:
Oversee the execution of internal and outsourced projects and programs, from initiation through to transition to operations.
Monitor and regulate project/program execution, establish governance, manage risks and issues, in adherence to enterprise project management, security, and compliance standards.
Facilitate the provision of services that contribute to managing the enterprise IT project portfolio, including the development and implementation of project management standards and training, portfolio reporting and analytics, project management resourcing services, etc.
Deliver transparent and precise project/program reporting, including overall performance metrics and completion of relevant documentation.
Own project/program status, issues, and risks through appropriate channels/tools, ensuring these are communicated back to agreed governance bodies (e.g., Steering Committee) with a focus on required actions, ownership, and risk management.
Collaborate effectively with other teams, technology functions, and domains within the organization, as well as strategic suppliers providing services to the project/program.
