Job Title: STARLAB Test Definition Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Test Definition Engineer to join our team at Bishop GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and defining required tests for the Starlab space station.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and define required tests for the Starlab space station
  • Represent the Station Engineering for all test activities in Program Reviews
  • Responsible for test activities (definition, planning, etc.) for Program Reviews, Engineering Review Boards, Risk Control Boards
  • Prepare inputs to system schedule
  • Coordinate technical documentation, trades, and analyses for Station topics
  • Provide status reporting to the Starlab Lead Station Engineer

Requirements:

  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible in working time and open-minded spirit
  • Flexible in supporting business missions as required

Qualifications:

  • Comparable qualification at least master/diploma course or
  • Engineering at least Master / Diploma course or
  • Aerospace at least Master / Diploma course

Experience:

  • Aerospace at least over 3 years Preferably with a focus on manned systems / station elements

Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of computer-aided design

Language:

  • At least business fluent in English
  • Additional languages are a plus
